Defra unveils transitional 2014 rural development plans

The current Rural Development Programme (RDP) ends this year and the new programme under the reformed Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is unlikely to be fully in place until 2015. Current agri-environment schemes will continue to be funded in 2014.
